Preparation (18cm round sponge cake)
Ingredients: 250 g sponge cake flour mix, 180 g lukewarm water, 40 g freshly squeezed lemon juice 100%, 70 g erythritol powder - or any equivalent sweetener / sugar
Preparation: Preheat oven to 180 C, spread a baking sheet with oil. Mix water and lemon juice in a bowl, then add the powdered sweetener / sugar and mix well. Finally, add the flour and stir well with a whisk quick hand movements until creamy, then pour the thick cream in the form. Bake 20-23 minutes on 180 C with bottom-top cooking function. Let it cool, then cut in half and fill with your favorite cream, and then put a few hours in the refrigerator.
