Ingredients: Glutenfree flour (Millet flour, sorghum liszt), starch (tapioca starch), vegetable fibers (psyllium husk flour, bamboo fiber flour), bulking agent (sodium bicarbonate), acidity regulator (citric acid)
Preparation (for 7 donuts)
Ingredients: 160g warm water, 5g freshly squeezed lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, 12g erythritol or sugar, 0.5g salt, 5g lemon peel, a smaull amount vanilla aroma, 150g Donut mix.
Preparation: heat the coconut oil in a frying pan. Mix water and lemon juice, sugar, salt, lemon peel and vanilla aroma, then add the 150 gr of flour mixture, then stir well. Leave it to rest for 5 min, then roll out on a floured surface for 1 cm high. Make 8cm circle shapes and make a 3cm hole in the middle of each. Bake golden brown in hot coconut oil, for about 2-2.5 min on both side. Serve with jam, chocolate cream or icing sugar.
